The rooms are all on the top floor of the Ferryman Apartments building (please note there is no lift). A fantastic 1930's building which is very centrally located in Southsea with a wealth of restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep. Guest access
These are room only but aside from the laundry/utility room, are the only bedrooms on the top floor so you will mostly have it to yourself. There is a large bathroom with both a bath and shower and also a second toilet, which your group will have to themselves. There is no kitchen, however we have added a fridge, microwave and kettle in the communal area between the rooms so you can still have a tea or coffee and something light to eat.
There is one large double and 2 small double bedrooms. They have a light and airy feel and each comes with its own has a wardrobe and dressing table and each have a TV with Freeview.
Travel cot & high chair available on request.
The bedrooms, communal area and bathrooms are for your sole use, however, the laundry utility room through the glass doors is for staff only and not for guest use.Additional notes

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and is short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.Getting around
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. There are also frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving please notify us up front as you will require visitors permits, so we will need 24hrs notice to provide these and will provide them free of charge. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the side roads nearby.
