The studios give guests ample space to relax and unwind. Each studio has a comfortable double bed, easy chair and television, wardrobe, dressing table, and a table with chairs for dining or working. A kitchenette providing basic essentials for cooking, including a single electric hob, microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware and an en-suite bathroom.
*Please note there is no washing machine but there is a laundrette nearby.
One studio has a single sofa bed which can be made up if required. We can also provide a travel cot or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay. We can also provide a camp bed for a child in one of the rooms at an additional cost if requested
Guests will have access to Floor 2 (or 1st floor) and studios 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.Additional notes
Studio 3 is to the back of the building and has a long term resident so this is out of bounds and guests will need to be mindful of the resident. Please be particularly mindful in communal areas so not to block the hallway or make too much noise.
Parking permits are required between 4.30pm - 6.30pm every day. We can provide these for you with advance notice. Please contact us for details. Guest interaction

I do not live on site and like to give guests their space. I do live in Southsea and may be around the building at points during your stay. I am always on-hand via airbnb to help with any queries or to provide recommendations.Neighborhood overview
This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyardGetting around
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. There are also frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train staiton is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving please notify us up front as you will require visitors permits, so we will need 24hrs notice to provide these and will provide them free of charge. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the side roads nearby.
